Change-Over Cleaning Service

Clean inside the property. Sweep and mop floors, vacuum carpets, dust, etc.
Open windows and doors to ventilate.
Make beds ready for the new arrivals.
Clean the entrance to the property.
Clean terraces and patios.
Clean the bathrooms and check its provisions.
Wash, dry and put dishes away.
Wipe cupboards.
Water plants indoors, on patios and / or terraces.
Throw rubbish away.
Empty and clean the fridge and freezer.
Clean the fireplace if it was used.
Switch all systems (such as gas and water) on / off.
Make sure all windows and doors are shut and locked.

In the event of long term guests, any of the above tasks can be repeated upon instructions from the owner, for an extra charge.

Pricing policy: The standard hourly rate is 15€ / hour. Due to the difference in size and accessibility of properties, we only draw up a contract after having assessed each property. Minimum contract period will be for one month and it will be charged in advance.
